By accessing or using Zuqo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zuqo Corporation. Your continued use implies acceptance of current terms.
Updates to terms are effective upon posting. Users should review terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Use of Zuqo services is subject to eligibility requirements and restrictions.
• Must be 18 years or older to use services
• Must have authority to bind your organization
• Must comply with all applicable local laws
• Services not available in restricted jurisdictions
Creating an account requires accurate information and adherence to security practices.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain security of account credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Responsible for all activities under your account
Billing, payment methods, and subscription conditions
• Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis
• Payment due dates specified in your subscription agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Credit card, ACH transfer, or wire transfer accepted
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before renewal date
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Late fees may apply for overdue payments
• Service usage subject to plan limits
• Overage charges apply for excess usage
• Fair use policy applies to all accounts
• Enterprise custom pricing available
Service warranties and limitations
30 days from service activation
Zuqo warrants that services will perform substantially as described in documentation under normal use.

Services provided "as is" without warranties beyond those expressly stated. No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Not applicable
No warranty for third-party services, integrations, or content accessed through our platform.
Legal limitations on liability and damages
Total liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
Applies to: Contract claims, service failures
No liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Applies to: Lost profits, data loss, business interruption
No liability for events beyond reasonable control
Applies to: Natural disasters, network failures, government actions
Process for resolving disputes and disagreements

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation
Binding arbitration under AAA rules if mediation unsuccessful
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Los Angeles County, California for the resolution of any disputes.
Important Notice
By using Zuqo services, you waive any right to a jury trial and agree to resolve disputes through arbitration as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section above. Class action lawsuits are not permitted.
