• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Report security vulnerabilities promptly
Data & Privacy
• Customer data remains property of customer
• Zuqo acts as data processor for customer data
• Privacy Policy governs personal data handling
• Data processing agreements available for enterprise customers
Service Availability
• 99.9% uptime service level agreement
• Scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
• Service credits available for SLA breaches
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using our services
• Use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with or disrupt service operations
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use services to transmit malicious content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in activities that harm other users
• Use services beyond agreed capacity limits
Intellectual Property
Clear ownership and usage rights for all intellectual property
Zuqo Property
All platform technology, algorithms, and documentation
Zuqo retains all rights, title, and interest
Customer Data
Data uploaded or processed by customers
Customer retains ownership and control
Derived Insights
Aggregated, anonymized analytics and insights
Zuqo may use for service improvement
Termination Conditions
Conditions under which service agreements may be terminated
Breach of Terms
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination
Notice Period: Immediate termination without notice for material breaches
Non-Payment
Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension
Notice Period: 30 days written notice before termination
Convenience
Either party may terminate with appropriate notice
Notice Period: 90 days written notice for enterprise agreements
